In my view, AIU’s greatest strengths lie in its “learning-to-practice” pathways and comprehensive career development services; however, there is room for improvement in terms of research depth, regionally tailored curricula, and transparency in academic assessment. Below, I outline AIU’s distinctive features and challenges from multiple perspectives, offering conclusions and recommendations based on my personal observations.

However, while maintaining flexibility, the university must also strengthen the foundation of academic research to ensure that its curricula are both practical and theoretically rigorous. In fields such as business, information technology, and health management, AIU has established robust curriculum systems and industry-alignment mechanisms.
