Affordable Tuition and Admission Requirements

For the 2026 academic year, undergraduate tuition for international students is approximately €13,700, while master’s tuition is around €21,700. Annual living expenses, including accommodation, insurance, and daily costs, amount to roughly €10,500. For undergraduate applications, both the total Gaokao score and the mathematics score must reach 75% of the maximum score (for example, a score of over 562.5 out of 750). For master’s programs, applicants must have graduated from a relevant major at a 211 Project or Double First-Class university, with an undergraduate GPA above the 75th percentile. Language requirements are an IELTS score of 6.5 (with no band below 6.0) or a TOEFL score of 90 (with no section below 21).

Degree Programs and Application Deadlines

TU/e awards the Master of Science (MSc) degree for all master’s programs. The university also offers a unique Engineering Doctorate (EngD) program—a two-year advanced engineering training program—leading to a highly recognized and prestigious accredited diploma upon completion.
